Thank you for shopping at Simply Snugs! We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with our bamboo Pajamas. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the date you received your order.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at hello@simplysnugs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will review your request and provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@simplysnugs.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Errors on Our Part
If we made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong item or size), please contact us at hello@simplysnugs.com, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
